William Steele has substantial experience in business litigation, arbitration, and mediation in federal and state courts. His substantive areas of experience include contract disputes and business torts, trade secret protection and non-competition covenants, securities fraud, franchise disputes, and trademark and tradename infringement. Mr. Steele also handles eminent domain cases for landowners and condemners, as well as land use disputes and ad valorem tax disputes.
