Steve Quiring is an associate practicing in corporate, private equity and securities law. He has substantial experience in the structuring, formation and governance of pass through entities, including joint ventures, general partnerships, limited partnerships and limited liability companies. Mr. Quiring also represents public and private entities in mergers, asset and equity acquisitions and dispositions, public and private offerings of debt and equity and general corporate matters.
