Clint Schumacher focuses on accounting malpractice, eminent domain and government taking litigation and counseling, and other complex commercial litigation and arbitration. He has represented accounting firms in numerous cases involving alleged accounting and auditing malpractice. He has defended a nationwide class action alleging billing fraud. Mr. Schumacher routinely counsels clients during investigations by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and the Texas State Board of Public Accountancy. Mr. Schumacher’s eminent domain experience includes the representation of a regional tollway authority, institutional property owners, and other Fortune 500 companies in numerous condemnation actions.

- Represent and advise regional tollway authority in the acquisition of property by condemnation for the extension of a toll road.
- Represent a Fortune 500 company in a condemnation action brought by the Texas Department of Transportation.
- Represent a multi-national industrial gases company in numerous state and federal courts throughout Texas .
