Jason Sanders provides counsel on a wide range of matters, including fraud claims, insurance claims, contract claims, claims against interstate carriers, mortgage and lending litigation, ERISA claims, and liability through litigation, mediation and appeals. In addition, Mr. Sanders was selected to participate in the Lawyers On Loan Program with the Dallas County District Attorney’s office during which time he tried over ten jury trials.

Representative Experience
- Represented trucking company in dispute with factoring company and prevailed on motion for summary judgment on claims of fraud, negligent misrepresentation, and negligence in Federal Bankruptcy Court Adversary Proceeding. First-chaired the trial of the same matter and obtained a judgment on the factoring company’s remaining claim.
- Represented trucking company in litigation involving claim of consignee arising under the Federal Carmack Amendment.
- Represented insurance companies in all types of litigation.
- Extensive representation of insurance companies and third party administrators in Employee Retirement Income Security Act litigation.
- Represented insurer and prevailed on motion for summary judgment wherein hospital sued insurer for claims arising under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act. Representation of the insurer in the appeal of the grant of the summary judgment in the 5th Circuit.
