Jackie Klein has focused her practice on complex business litigation matters, including business torts and fraud, class actions, unfair business practices, unfair competition, and antitrust. Ms. Klein has significant experience handling a variety of complex business litigation matters for clients in the financial services, banking, entertainment, oil and energy, and manufacturing industries. Ms. Klein is responsible for the handling and coordination of multiple related consumer class action matters pending throughout the United States.
Ms. Klein also has significant experience in all aspects of labor and employment litigation and counseling. She has advised employers on labor and employment matters, including executive employment agreements, severance agreements, discipline and termination, employee investigations, wage and hour, sexual harassment prevention training, drug testing, company downsizing, and plant closures.
Ms. Klein has successful trial and arbitration experience representing clients in federal and state courts throughout the country, and in administrative proceedings before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, California Department of Fair Employment and Housing, and California Department of Fair Labor Standards Enforcement.
