Leadership
The successes of our diverse attorneys are far too numerous to mention here. A few examples follow.
Our Firm and Executive Committee Chair is Jerry Clements, one of very few women at the helm of one of the 100 largest law firms in the nation. Carlyle Chapman, an African-American partner, Stephanie Donaho, Jennifer Kenedy and Kathryn Moran serve on the Firm’s Board of Directors, which is a governing body that reports directly to the Executive Committee.

- Art Anthony, an African-American partner who co-chairs the Pro Bono Committee;
- Hugh Balsam, a gay partner who heads the Firm’s Lesbian and Gay Attorney Network;
- Partner Cynthia Bast chairs our Affordable Housing Section;
- Partner Gina Betts chairs our Private Equity Section;
- Shonn Brown, an African-American partner, co-chairs our National Diversity Committee;
- Partner Donna Burnett chairs our Corporate Trust Section;
- Partner Chrysta Castaneda chairs the Lateral Liaison and Alumni Committee;
- Partner Stephanie Donaho chairs our Trust and Estates Section;
- Partner Lisa Genecov co-chairs our Healthcare Section;
- Partner Vicky Gunning co-chairs the Associate Orientation and Development Committee;
- Partner Colleen Hennessy is trustee of the Firm’s pension plan and co-chairs the Legal Personnel and Partnership Admissions Committee;
- Partner Jennifer Kenedy chairs the Flexible Work Arrangement Committee and co-chairs the Women’s Initiative;
- Partner Janis Loegering chairs our Finance, Banking and Real Estate Department;
- Janet Otsuka Love, an Asian-American partner co-chairs our National Diversity Committee;
- Partner Elizabeth Mack chairs our Environmental Transactions Section;
