
Terry Radney practices in the areas of oil, gas and energy, infrastructure project development and real estate. His experience includes mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, development and commercial agreements for all types of energy and real estate assets, including oil and gas properties, pipelines, processing plants, storage facilities, power plants, wind farms, biodiesel, ethanol and other types of alternative energy plants, refineries, district energy assets, office buildings, apartment complexes and retail centers. He routinely negotiates purchase and sale agreements, leases, exploration agreements, development agreements, operating agreements, construction contracts, service agreements, drilling contracts, farm-outs, commodity purchase agreements, processing agreements, exchange agreements, fractionation agreements, transportation agreements, storage agreements, gathering agreements, and numerous other types of energy and real estate related agreements. Mr. Radney is also actively involved in the development of domestic and international infrastructure projects, including the drafting and negotiation of project documents such as power purchase agreements, off-take agreements, engineering, procurement, and construction contracts, turbine purchase agreements, operation and maintenance agreements, long term service agreements, financing agreements and various other types of project development agreements. In particular, Mr. Radney has extensive experience drafting and negotiating engineering, procurement and construction contracts over the last fifteen years, having negotiated such agreements for both domestic and international projects, including electric power, ethanol and biodiesel plants.
