Jack Elum serves as Staff Counsel at Locke Lord Bissell & Liddell LLP's New York office. He is a member of the firm’s construction and aviation practice groups. Mr. Elum has experience in federal and state courts and his practice is focused on issues related to construction accident, aviation and product liability litigation.
In the construction field, Mr. Elum has represented owners, general contractors and subcontractors in construction site accident litigation arising from worksite accidents, including those which fall under the New York State Labor Law.
In the field of aviation, Mr. Elum has represented airlines and aircraft service providers. He has defended wrongful death, personal injury and property damage claims as they relate to a variety of fields including both the construction and aviation industries.
