We have extensive experience managing matters brought by competitors, business consumers, or regulatory agencies including false advertising, right of publicity, unfair competition, defamation, trademark infringement, copyright infringement and licensing disputes. Our experience includes representation in federal and state court, and before regulatory agencies.
We will also represent our clients at proceedings before the National Advertising Division, the National Advertising Review Board, the Children's Advertising Review Unit, Departments of Consumer Affairs, and other regulatory bodies.
